Position Summary:

The Account Manger’s primary role is to maximize company profits and accomplish team objectives. This is achieved through meeting sales targets, providing quality customer service to internal and external customers, and strategically leading and implementing the region’s recruitment process. This role heavily relies on clear communication, taking initiative, and collaborating within a team.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Manage client interactions on a daily basis and maintain a continuous plan of action to improve operational goals
  • Actively participate in recruitment, sales, account development, and client prospecting to increase billable hours
  • Lead team’s full-cycle recruitment efforts streamlining and brainstorming improvement of processes
  • Accomplish financial objectives by forecasting requirements
  • Provide leadership: encourage and facilitate cooperation, pride, trust, and department identity. Foster commitment, and lead through example and sharing of knowledge or skills
  • Work with recruitment team to fill open positions
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing professional publications, and establishing personal networks

Required Experience & Education:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or at least three (3) years of effective sales management experience
  • Minimum of 3-5 years verifiable experience in staffing, recruiting, scheduling, customer service, or business development
  • Excellent time management, communication, presentation, recruitment, sales, and strategic thinking skills

The primary responsibility of the Staffing Coordinator is to facilitate the expedient filling of client job orders. He/she will appropriately match professionals to meet and exceed established billable hour benchmarks. The ability to communicate clearly, work proactively, and collaborate within a team is key.

  • Manage daily client and therapist interactions: establish and maintain an effective “touch system”
  • Coordinate placement details with therapists and clients
  • Assist Account Managers with the growth of account. Help develop efficient business processes
  • Partner with recruitment team to fill open positions
  • Manage any billing issues with therapists and clients
  • Maintain compliance within State laws

Required Education & Experience:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience within staffing, recruiting, or other relevant functionality.
  • A team player with a can and will-do attitude
  • Knowledge of Special Education, Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Speech and Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy Social Work and/or Psychology/Counseling (preferred)

We are seeking a Talent Sourcing Specialist. Are you a networker at heart? Are you also curious, creative, energetic, and have a strong positive mental attitude and collaborative demeanor? As a Strategic Sourcing Specialist you will be responsible for the mid and long-term strategy of attracting the best therapist available. It is your focus to build talent pipelines for KES most critical competencies. For attracting these highly-sought-after therapists and increasingly competitive markets, an effective sourcing strategy needs to be developed based upon the clients need.

Essential Responsibilities:
As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you are responsible for building the pipeline of qualified candidates. In this role, you will source and interact with potential candidates online, telephone, text, and social media.

  • Implement sourcing strategy to attract qualified candidates
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings. Responsible for candidates’ first impression.
  • Qualify candidates for skill, culture, and motivational fit, according to our school client need.
  • Maintain timely and accurate information on all candidate interactions in the company database.
  • Develop candidate pipeline via social media networks e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter
  • Utilize all company published strategies to successfully recruit

Required Experience & Education

  • Minimum of an Associate Degree, Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
  • Significant experience screening and evaluating candidates through high-volume phone calls
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Ability to source creatively from sources such as job boards, associations, employee referral programs, social media, and internet searches
  • At least two years of working experience as a Talent Sourcer or in a similar role (preferred)
  • Experience sourcing for roles in K-12 Education, Special Education, and Healthcare (preferred)
  • Ability to develop and implement creative and investigative methods to find and attract qualified candidates
